Pulley installation and removal

First, the pulley installation:

1. Check the pulley groove to ensure that there are no scratches or sharp edges, all dimensions are in line with the standard;

2. Clean all parts of the surface, such as with hub holes, taper sleeves, threaded holes, etc. Fit the cone into the pulley to align all the screw holes.

3. Screw on the screw (TB 1008-TB 3030) and thread (TB 3525-TB 5050) and screw into the mounting hole, but do not tighten it.

4. Clean the surface of the drive shaft and push the pulley with the taper sleeve onto the predetermined position on the shaft to see if the V-belt is aligned.

5. When using the keyway, it must first be inserted into the hub, and certain tolerances must be required between the keyway and the hub.

6. Using a hex wrench in accordance with DIN 911, alternately tighten the bolts of each mounting hole alternately and evenly until the torque shown in the table below is reached.

7. After running for a short time, check the tightening torque of the bolts and retighten if necessary.

8. In order to prevent foreign matter from entering, fill the hole of the hole with grease.

Second, the pulley removal:

1. Loosen all the bolts, take one or two bolts according to the number of holes to be removed, lubricate the bolts and bolt tips with oil, and insert the bolts into the removal holes as shown below.

2. Tighten the bolts alternately until the sleeve and pulley are loose.

3. Remove the taper sleeve and pulley from the shaft.
